Project Management Director

Cityscape is partnering with an independent multidisciplinary building and construction consultancy to appoint a Regional Director of Project Management to lead and grow their presence across the Manchester and Leeds markets.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a senior project management professional who combines strong construction consultancy experience with proven leadership and business development credentials. The role offers the chance to shape a growing regional team, build strategic client relationships and play a key role in the continued expansion of an established business.
 
As Regional Director, you will take responsibility for leading the Project Management team across Manchester and Leeds, driving revenue growth, developing new business opportunities and ensuring the successful delivery of major projects for a diverse client base across Commercial, Residential, Industrial & Retail sectors.

You will be visible in both offices, typically spending 1-2 days per week in both Manchester & Leeds, while maintaining flexibility to support clients and teams across the wider region.
 
To be considered, you will need:

• Proven experience within a construction consultancy environment.
• Professional qualification as either MRICS or MAPM.
• A strong track record of leading and developing project management teams.
• Demonstrable success in winning new work and developing client relationships.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to influence and drive business growth.

A salary up to £100,000 is on offer, plus a comprehensive benefits package and bonus.
