MERITUS are recruiting for a Project Management Business Partner to work on aerospace engineering projects from our client''s site in Broughton, Flintshire. This is NOT an IT related role, we are specifically looking for a Manufacturing or Engineering Project Manager. PROJECT MANAGEMENT BUSINESS PARTNER - INSIDE IR35 - £40.18 PER HOUR - 12 MONTHS - 35 HOURS PER WEEK - EARLY FINISH FRIDAY''S - ENGINEERING / MANUFACTURING - BROUGHTON, FLINTSHIRE - ONSITE - OCCASSIONAL EUROPEAN TRAVEL - SINGLE STAGE INTERVIEW PROCESS As the successful candidate, your main activities will include: Ensuring VSM projects are supported with a strong Project Management Expertise and that appropriate Project and Programme Management structure, governance and practices are applied. The scope of involvement will span across the streams of the VSM team. Working with the VSM project leaders and project organisation on a day to day basis. Raising the understanding and acceptance of best practice project management within the VSM teams by coaching and providing awareness sessions, challenging project leaders where needed. Shaping methods and tools in accordance with PM standards to the needs of the project / activity. Supporting efficient communication and stakeholder management, ensuring that activities are aligned with interfacing projects and operations.
