Provides governance, project controls and delivery support across multi-functional teams ensuring compliance with internal PM standards.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Governance and DeliveryDefine and maintain project governance aligned to internal PM standardsDevelop and manage integrated project plansSupport milestone planning, tracking and deliveryApply consistent PM tools and processesProject Leadership SupportSupport Project Lead with PM expertise and coordinationWork with multi-functional teams and external consultantsCoordinate architects, contractors, QS and design teamsCommercial and Financial ManagementSupport CAPEX business case development through approval to closeAssist with budget tracking, forecasting and reportingSupport cost control and financial governanceRisk and ReportingMaintain risk and opportunity management processesDeliver regular reporting on progress, cost, schedule and riskSupport milestone reviews and governance approvalsMonitor delivery against scope, cost and ..... full job details .....
