Project Management Business Partner

Our client is seeking a motivated Project Manager to join their professional Project Management team, supporting the Single Aisle Wing Value Stream Management (VSM) across its Filton, Broughton and Bremen sites. The successful candidate will drive best-practice project management governance, methods and tools, supporting the VSM team to achieve time, cost and performance objectives. The primary focus will be Change Control and MOD Implementation, with involvement across Work Package Management, Ramp-Up Governance, Integrated Planning, Capex and Business Performance.Role: Project Management Business Partner Pay: 40.18 per hour via Umbrella Contract: 35 hours per week, 12 months contract Location: Broughton - Fully onsite IR35: Inside SC Clearance: BPSSResponsibilities:Ensuring VSM projects are supported with a strong Project Management Expertise and that appropriate Project and Programme Management structure, governance and practices are applied. The scope of involvement will span across the streams of the VSM team.Working with the VSM project leaders and project organisation on a day to day basis.Raising the understanding and acceptance of best practice project management within the VSM teams by coaching and providing awareness sessions, challenging project leaders where needed.Shaping methods and tools in accordance with PM standards to the needs of the project / activity.Supporting efficient communication and stakeholder management, ensuring that activities are aligned ..... full job details .....
