You''ll work across international teams, combining scientific expertise with project leadership to drive innovation in plasterboard and gypsum products. This is a unique opportunity to influence global product development while working in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.What we''re looking for:Degree in science or engineering related subject with relevant industrial experience or a doctorate (PhD) in science or engineering related subjectExperience leading technical or scientific projects, ideally within materials or construction-related industriesStrong understanding of product development (NPD) and formulation, particularly in gypsum or similar materialsKnowledge of testing methods (mechanical, moisture, and technical performance)Background in structural engineering, materials science, or a related ..... full job details .....
