Expleo is seeking a highly skilled Project Leader to join our customer in the Warwick area on a contract basis. The role involves supporting cross-functional projects with multi-stakeholder requirements. The primary purpose within Research is to support the collaborative Randamp;D strategy development, planning, and delivery of projects. This involves working cross-functionally with partner organisations in industry and academia and leveraging government funding to accelerate and scale up Randamp;D projects.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support collaborative Randamp;D strategy development and planning.
* Coordinate and deliver collaborative Randamp;D projects.
* Work cross-functionally with partner organisations in industry and academia.
* Leverage government funding to accelerate and scale up Randamp;D projects.
* Ensure effective communication across internal cross-functional teams and external customer-facing interactions.
* Plan and coordinate work across multiple projects to meet deadlines.
* Prepare formal documentation to prescribed standards.
* Control and manage confidential information, ensuring GDPR compliance.

Qualifications:
* A level / HND or higher.

Experience:
* Previous work experience within a business planning/project management office environment.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
* Experience with enterprise systems (e.g., SAP).
* Cross-functional working, planning own work, and responsive to support requests.
* Self-motivated and able to operate with low supervision.
* Experience in preparation of formal documentation to prescribed standards.
* Control and management of confidential information, including GDPR compliance.

Desirable Experience:
* Experience with government-funded collaborative Randamp;D projects (e.g., Innovate UK and EU).
* Experience within an accountancy audit/regulated finance framework.

Location Details:
* Role is based at National Automotive Innovation Centre at University of Warwick (NAIC).
* Parking permit included for University of Warwick managed carparks.
* Some occasional travel to other customer sites may be required.
* Some hybrid work arrangements possible for remote/home working.
