PROJECT LEADER - BRIDGE HOUSE

At London City Mission we are passionate about sharing the love of God and the good news of Jesus Christ with the least reached in London, and to do this in partnership with churches. Bridge House is a new Christian community-based homelessness prevention project that bridges the gap between being at risk of eviction and long-term stable housing. It works, particularly with men from displaced backgrounds providing short-term accommodation and holistic support in partnership with local churches for up to 10 men who are at risk of homelessness. Through practical, emotional, spiritual, and community-based support, Bridge House helps residents build stability and transition successfully into independent living and integrate into life in the UK. We are looking for a full-time Project Leader to lead this exciting new ministry at Bridge House. About You: You are passionate about working with marginalised people and providing the support required to enable genuine lifestyle change. You are passionate about partnership with Churches and sharing the love of Jesus with all those we work with. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, whilst being able to work on your own initiative, think creatively and act with the utmost integrity.
