Using our award-winning Training 4 Influence methodology, we help individuals, teams and organisations turn learning into lasting change.We''re looking for a Project Lead to provide strategic leadership for our National Careers Adviser CPD Programme - a complex, multi-year programme supporting careers advisers across England.The programme delivers specialist professional development in SEND, mental health, care experience, alternative provision, future skills, and working with parents and carers. Through online learning, webinars, Action Learning Sets, conferences and peer learning, it helps advisers build confidence, strengthen practice and improve outcomes for young people, particularly those facing barriers to education, employment and opportunity.As Project Lead, you''ll bring together colleagues, facilitators, contributors, partners and stakeholders to deliver a connected, inclusive, high-quality learning experience.
