Contract Project Architect / Architectural Technologist - Revit Specialist
Location: Greater Manchester
Rate: -2528 per hour
Contract Length: 3 months initial
Start Date: ASAP

We are looking for a skilled Project Architect or Architectural Technologist to join a busy team working on a multi-use commercial and industrial scheme. This is a contract role with an immediate start, offering the opportunity to contribute to a technically engaging project.

• Strong proficiency in Revit is essential.
• Experience in commercial and industrial sectors is highly beneficial.
• Office presence in Greater Manchester (North West of the City) is preferred, though exceptional remote candidates may be considered at the stated rate.
• Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality technical output.

• Support the delivery of a multi-use scheme from technical design through to construction.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants.
• Produce and coordinate detailed Revit models and technical drawings.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
