If so, we want to hear from you We are supporting a reputable food manufacturer to recruit a Project Lead who will manage multiple projects within an FMCG manufacturing environment as well as drive a collaborative approach to problem solving and performance improvement.Responsibilities: Manage a variety of key projects from to start to finish ensuring completion against KPI''s.Lead and deliver Continuous Improvement to deliver a reduction in unplanned losses.Apply problem solving tools and coach others in the use of these - such as 5Y, Fishbone, DMAIC, Six Sigma etc.Lead and deliver workshops as well as coach others in the use of continuous improvement processes.Attend senior leadership meetings.Produce, report and analyse data. Candidate requirements: Previous experience working within a manufacturing environment.Strong Excel skills and a high level of IT proficiency.Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with the ability to demonstrate effective planning, tracking, and documentation.Working knowledge of structured problem-solving methodologies and continuous ..... full job details .....
