Project Lead

Theale Travel UK, Germany and ItalyOur international client is seeking a Project Lead to help align the UK and European group of companies. This is not a just a PMO role, but about turning strategy into EBITDA growth. You will be reporting directly to the CEO and act as a strategic operational partner to the CEO and CFO. This is a pivotal role at the centre of the organisation, ensuring accountability, alignment and delivery in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. This is a new role within the business, and they have 1000 + staff within the group. We are seeking a candidate with experience of working with private equity backed companies for this role.
