Project Lead

Electrical Project Lead Role Purpose The Electrical Project Lead is responsible for planning, coordinating, and guiding the successful delivery of projects across Bender Ireland s portfolio of healthcare and industrial solutions. Working closely with customers, contractors, consultants, engineers, and internal stakeholders, the role ensures projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, within scope, and within budget. The majority of projects are within the healthcare sector, where Bender supplies, commissions, and maintains UPS and Medical IT (IPS) systems. The role combines electrical knowledge with project coordination and customer engagement, ensuring projects are effectively managed from initial planning through to completion and handover. This role would be well suited to individuals with an electrical background who are looking to progress into project leadership, as well as those with existing supervisory or project management experience. Key Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day coordination and delivery of projects across the Bender Ireland region, plan, organise, and prioritise project activities to ensure successful delivery against agreed timescales and objectives.
