Electrical Project Graduate Role Purpose The role is designed as a development opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in project management within an electrical or technical environment. It provides exposure to project planning, customer communication, resource coordination, technical documentation, and project delivery processes, whilst developing the skills and experience required to progress into a Project Lead or Project Manager role over time. The majority of projects are within the healthcare sector, where Bender supplies, commissions, and maintains UPS and Medical IT (IPS) systems. Working closely with Engineers, customers, and contractors, this role helps coordinate project activities, maintain project documentation, and ensure key tasks are delivered on time Key Responsibilities Support the planning and coordination of projects to ensure activities are delivered in line with project schedules, assisting with the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, reports, and records. Coordinate project information between customers, engineers, suppliers, and internal teams, supporting the preparation of RAMS, schedules, technical documentation, and project folders. Assist with resource planning and scheduling activities to support successful project delivery, attending project and site meetings, recording actions and following up on agreed tasks.
