Project GeologistLondon £32,000 - £40,000 We are currently working with a well-established and growing ground investigation contractor in London who are looking to bring on an experienced Project Geologist to support a strong pipeline of infrastructure, residential, and commercial projects across the South East.This is an excellent opportunity for a geologist with around 3 years'' experience in ground investigation who is ready to step up into a more project-led role, with increased responsibility and clear progression.The RoleYou will be responsible for managing ground investigation projects from planning through to delivery, working closely with clients, site teams, and senior engineers.Key responsibilities include:Managing and coordinating site investigations (trial pits, boreholes, site supervision)Logging soil and rock to BS5930 standardsOverseeing subcontractors including drilling crews and laboratoriesPreparing factual and interpretative reportsConducting risk assessments and ensuring health and safety compliance on siteLiaising directly with clients and providing technical updatesAssisting in project planning, budgeting, and delivery to deadlinesRequirementsDegree in Geology, Engineering Geology, or a related field 3 years'' experience within ground investigationStrong knowledge of site investigation techniques and loggingExperience producing or contributing to GI reportsFull UK driving licenceStrong communication and organisational skillsDesirableWorking towards ..... full job details .....
