The Programme is underpinned by our medium-term efficiency proposals for both boroughs. Our vision is to transform services in Adult Social Care and Public Health to focus on prevention and early intervention where possible, facilitate people and their carers to build on their strengths, promote their wellbeing and achieve the outcomes they want, whilst delaying and reducing the need for long term support from the Council.
