This exciting opportunity has arisen due to the commencement of a large-scale project, and the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the financial management and administration of the project. The RoleWorking closely with the Project Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for processing high volumes of supplier invoices across multiple currencies, ensuring accurate financial records are maintained and supporting the reconciliation of supplier costs against client payments. This is a detail-focused position requiring strong organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines in a busy environment. Key ResponsibilitiesProcess and import high volumes of supplier invoices into the finance system. Verify invoice accuracy against contracts and supplier agreements. Ensure correct coding and currency conversion of invoices. Act as a key point of contact for supplier payment and invoicing queries. Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Reconcile supplier invoices against project-related client payments.
