Project Engineering Manager

Project Engineering Manager Location: NailseaDuration: 12 monthsYou will be responsible for driving integration, communication and delivery excellence, ensuring contractual, technical, schedule and cost objectives are achieved. Working closely with the Controls Project Delivery Managers (PDMs), you will report into the Projects and Systems Engineering Leader for Subsea Projects and Services and act as the engineering focal point for internal and external stakeholders. As a Project Engineering Manager you will be responsible for: • Managing delivery of the engineering scope to meet contractual deliverables, milestones, budget and on time delivery commitments • Coordinating and leading multi discipline engineering teams across product lines, ensuring effective planning, execution and integration • Supporting the Project EFAT teams in all activities, including project meetings, design reviews and work package reviews, while mentoring and developing the engineering test team • Ensuring compliance with contract requirements, regulatory obligations, industry standards and internal Baker Hughes procedures and processes • Managing engineering EFAT budgets and schedules, making efficiency savings, tracking costs and resolving delays to ensure EFAT quality and delivery performance • Acting as the EFAT Testing Point of Contact for internal stakeholders, Regional and Services testing personnel and BH engineering product lines • Working with the Materials Planning team to ensure the site ..... full job details .....
