Project Engineering Manager

to oversee engineering delivery across multidisciplinary teams within a dynamic and innovative organisation operating at the forefront of engineering and sustainable technology.Your main responsibilities will be:Lead and oversee all aspects of engineering project execution, ensuring safety in design and adherence to industry standards and regulationsTake full accountability for project delivery - on time, on budget, and to the highest qualityManage the overall engineering strategy and scope across multidisciplinary teamsCoordinate seamlessly with both internal teams and external partners to drive effective collaborationLead risk and change management processes to proactively address issues and minimise impactEngage cross-functionally with centres of excellence, operations, supply chain, procurement, and manufacturing technology to align project objectivesDrive continuous improvement and value engineering throughout the lifecycleBuild, inspire, and manage a high-performing engineering teamEnsure compliance with CDM regulations and other safety governance frameworksWho are we looking for?Experience managing cross-functional teams and external partnersExcellent understanding of safety in design, risk management, and value engineering practicesProficiency in CDM Regulations and their application in project environmentsYou are...Passionate about engineeringresult-orientedproactiveQualificationsExperience, skills and qualifications required:Strong background in project engineering or engineering management within industrial, process, energy, or manufacturing environmentsProven track record of successfully delivering large-scale engineering projectsEffective communication and leadership skills to manage stakeholders at all levelsExperience implementing engineering governance and driving technical excellenceDegree-qualified in Engineering or related discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, etc.)Project management certification (e.g. APM, PMP) is advantageousAdditional InformationWhy join us?We foster a community of dually talented individuals who are both entrepreneurs and technology specialists.
