      <description>Location: Bristol | Salary: &amp;pound;55000 - &amp;pound;65000/annum | Type: Permanent | EMC Project Engineer Team Lead     You will lead delivery across complex electromagnetic compatibility work spanning requirements, design and proving, with the opportunity to shape how engineering teams deliver high integrity technical outcomes across multiple programmes.     What you will need   -  British citizen with ability to undergo BPSS and be eligible for SC clearance.  Strong, demonstrable experience in electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) engineering.  Background in electrical, electronic or electromagnetic engineering disciplines.  Experience delivering engineering activities in structured project or programme environments.  Proven ability to lead or coordinate technical teams across complex engineering work.     Salary and rewards   -  Up to -65,000  Bonus up to 21% of base salary.  Pension contribution up to 14% total combined.     What you will work on   -  Leading EMC focused engineering activities across multiple concurrent programmes.
