Validate design and tender information to ensure alignment with the client''s intended functionality. Manage all project deliverables, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget, while coordinating with internal and external project stakeholders. Produce high-quality technical documentation, including cable schedules, schematics, rack layouts, and projection studies, using AutoCAD. Maintain a clear and organized bill of materials, managing changes and ensuring all team members are updated. Conduct site surveys to understand project scope and limitations before installation, including taking measurements and coordinating with site teams. Lead internal project meetings, working with project managers, procurement teams, and colleagues to track project status and resolve ongoing issues. Ensure smooth project handover, ensuring clients are satisfied with the installed systems. Provide pre-sales technical support as needed.
