This is an office-based role offering the opportunity to manage projects from initial survey through to successful completion. Key Responsibilities Conduct site surveys and undertake accurate on-site measurements. Produce and review technical drawings using AutoCAD (essential). Manage projects throughout the full delivery lifecycle, ensuring quality, programme, and commercial objectives are achieved. Liaise effectively with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Oversee contract administration under both NEC and traditional forms of contract.
