Project Engineer

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Engineer to join a major reinforced concrete and civil engineering project in Essex. The Role As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting the successful technical delivery of reinforced concrete structures and associated civil engineering works. Project Engineer Responsibilities Supporting the Project Manager and site team in the technical delivery of reinforced concrete and civil engineering works. Coordinating day-to-day engineering activities across reinforced concrete structures, foundations, slabs, walls, columns and associated civil works. Reviewing construction drawings, specifications and technical documentation to ensure works are delivered in accordance with design requirements. Raising and managing RFIs, technical queries and design changes, working with the design team to resolve issues efficiently. Producing and maintaining Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), quality records, inspection documentation and handover information. Monitoring construction activities to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, method statements and project requirements. Maintaining accurate site records, as-built information, surveys, technical documentation and progress records. Assisting with the preparation and review of construction methodologies, temporary works requirements and technical submissions.
