      <description>Location: Chelmsford | Salary: &amp;pound;380 - &amp;pound;480/day | Type: Contract | Our client, a leading national civil engineering contractor, is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to support the delivery of a heavy structures project.   Project Engineer Responsibilities:     Support the planning and delivery of heavy structural works, ensuring compliance with programme and specification.   Prepare, review, and manage ITPs and-RAMS.   Ensure all works are delivered in line with quality assurance standards and project requirements.   Liaise with the client, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain effective communication.   Monitor and coordinate temporary works, ensuring compliance with design and safety procedures.   Keep accurate site records and documentation to support audits and project tracking.
