Project EngineerLocation: Ripley, Derbyshire (Onsite) Salary: Up to 45,000 Job Type: Full-Time, PermanentProject Engineer Pressure Vessels Renewable Energy SectorAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Engineer to join a growing engineering business delivering bespoke pressure vessels, heat exchangers and engineered solutions to the energy sector.Supporting projects across renewable energy, hydrogen, carbon capture, waste-to-energy and conventional power generation, you''ll play a key role throughout the full project lifecycle, from initial concept design through to delivery and commissioning.This position would suit a Mechanical Design Engineer or Project Engineer with pressure vessel design experience who is looking to join an innovative company working on technically challenging projects with genuine career development opportunities.The RoleDesign and engineer pressure vessels and associated equipment for industrial applications.Perform detailed engineering calculations using relevant design codes and standards. Review customer specifications, drawings and technical requirements. Support projects from concept design through to manufacture and commissioning. Produce technical documentation, calculations and manufacturing information. Attend customer meetings and provide technical support when required.
