We’re looking for Project Engineers to be part of a major investment programme at a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Cambridgeshire.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of key engineering projects, including:

• Leading projects from concept design through to final handover
• Developing business cases and project justifications
• Managing contractors, installations, and on-site coordination
• Driving health & safety compliance across all project phases
• Owning budgets, timelines, and stakeholder communication
• Ensuring smooth, safe integration into live production

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience delivering CAPEX projects (ideally within FMCG or manufacturing)
• Engineering background – mechanical, electrical, civil or multi-skilled
  (degree or apprenticeship)
• Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations (e.g. PUWER, CDM)
• A confident communicator with natural leadership ability
• Commercial awareness with strong cost control and project delivery skills
