Contract Details: Location: Essex, on site Rate: 250 to 300 per day, Outside IR35 Working pattern: Full time, on site The role Reporting into the Estates leadership team, you will lead the delivery of estates capital and minor works projects across the hospital site, taking a scheme from brief through design, procurement and construction to handover. Working across mechanical, electrical and building disciplines, you''ll act as the technical lead on your projects, managing contractors and consultants and keeping delivery safe, compliant and on programme in a live acute healthcare environment.
