This role provides hands-on involvement in managing projects from initial scope through to installation, offering the chance to develop further technical and project management skills. The position is hybrid, requiring a mix of office-based and on-site work across the Midlands, with occasional overnight stays. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring effective communication throughout projects. Assess customer requirements, schedule site visits, and evaluate technical needs. Assist in project planning, including defining scope, identifying external contract services, and preparing cost estimates. Support the design, manufacturing, and delivery process to ensure projects are completed on time and to specification. Prepare and review risk assessments and method statements, ensuring project teams and customers are fully briefed. Coordinate with internal teams to allocate resources and meet project milestones. Oversee on-site activities, ensuring smooth operations with contractors and operatives. Identify and escalate risks or issues to the Project Manager for timely resolution.
