Act as a product specialist, providing technical support to internal and external sales teams. Manage new product development, implementation, and project organisation. Manage the approval process for samples of new products and product revisions. Handle engineering changes and supplier/customer change requests. Design and manufacture jigs and fixtures for production processes. Manage SolidWorks drawings and related documentation. Create part numbers, Bills of Materials, assembly instructions, and visual aids for production teams. Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
