      <description>Location: Pembroke Dock | Salary: &amp;pound;45000 - &amp;pound;55000/annum | Type: Permanent | Purpose of the Role   To manage vessel maintenance, repair, refit, survey and inspection projects for commercial marine clients, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, on time and within budget. Acting as the key link between customers, operations and administration teams, the Project Manager will bring structure, planning and control to a fast-paced and reactive maintenance environment.   Main Duties and Responsibilities    Manage vessel maintenance, repair, refit, survey and inspection projects from enquiry through to completion.  Review customer work packages, survey reports and inspection requirements to define project scope, schedules and resource requirements.  Plan and coordinate vessel movements, including slipway, boat hoist and yard operations.  Communicate project schedules, priorities and resource requirements to Operations and Production teams.  Coordinate labour, subcontractors, materials and equipment to ensure efficient project delivery.  Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and providing regular updates on progress, risks and delivery timescales.
