We''re seeking a talented Project Engineer to join an innovative engineering organisation specialising in the design, manufacture and delivery of complex special-purpose vehicles, systems and equipment. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in leading engineering activities, managing technical deliverables, and working closely with project teams to ensure successful project execution. The RoleAs a Project Engineer, you will act as the key interface between Engineering, Project Management, customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. Key ResponsibilitiesTranslate customer requirements into clear engineering deliverables.Define and manage engineering project outputs throughout the project lifecycle.Lead overall system design activities.Manage project design data and engineering resources.Organise and document formal design reviews, including PDRs and CDRs.Monitor engineering hours, budgets and project schedules.Liaise closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams.Produce and review concept designs.Check and approve manufacturing drawings.Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes and systems.Support systems testing and validation activities, including data logging ..... full job details .....
