You would be working on HVAC and specialist ventilation systems for safety-critical construction projects (defence, nuclear and transport)The successful Project Engineer will be responsible ensuring customer and legislative requirements are in line with timescales, cost, quality and safety.Responsibilities:Develop project plans, schedules and milestones, aligning with design engineers, contractors and suppliers.Validate HVAC designs and drawings, ensuring compliance with industry standards.Monitor installation activities and conduct site inspections.Ensure accurate and up to date documentation and reporting.Perform client facing activities to clarify requirements and expectations.Key skill and experience:Good knowledge in the design, fabrication, assembly of packaged plant rooms and modular design and manufacture.Industry standards, legislation and CE markings.Requirements and change management.Experience in HVAC or bespoke mechanical projects for the nuclear industry.This role is perfect for someone who has a background in large, safety critical construction projects.
