Project Engineer

We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Site Engineer to join our team on a new project in Newham, London. The successful candidate will have strong technical and site-based experience and be capable of managing engineering and documentation requirements throughout the project. You will work closely with the Project Manager, Site Management and wider design team to ensure works are delivered safely, accurately and in accordance with the project requirements. Key Responsibilities Preparing and reviewing RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements). Preparing and managing ITPs (Inspection and Test Plans). Managing material approvals and ensuring materials meet project specifications. Raising and managing RFIs (Requests for Information). Supporting and managing design coordination between site, design teams and subcontractors. Producing and reviewing technical drawings and information using AutoCAD. Setting out and surveying using Leica Total Stations. Carrying out site inspections and ensuring works are constructed in accordance with drawings, specifications and tolerances. Working closely with subcontractors and site management to resolve technical issues. Maintaining accurate engineering records and ensuring all relevant documentation is kept up to date. Supporting the project team in delivering works safely, efficiently and to programme.
