Project Engineer

Project EngineerContract Length: 9 month minimumRate: 70 per hour Outside IR35Location: Milton Keynes - minimum 3 days per week on siteRESPONSIBILITIESSupport delivery of large-scale ground-mounted solar projects through construction and completionCoordinate day-to-day site activities and project requirementsLiaise with contractors, subcontractors and suppliersReview drawings, specifications and project documentationCarry out setting out, surveying and site measurementsComplete site inspections and quality checksTrack progress against the project programmeIdentify and report issues, delays and technical queriesMaintain project records and documentationEnsure works meet project specifications, quality and HandS requirementsSupport the Project Manager with project delivery and site coordinationSKILLS / REQUIREMENTSExperience as a Project Engineer, Site Engineer or similarExperience working on ground-mounted solar farms or large-scale renewable projectsGood understanding of construction and site deliveryAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and specificationsExperience with setting out and surveyingComfortable working with CAD and technical documentationGood communication and organisational skillsAble to work on site in Milton Keynes at least 3 days per weekDESIRABLEExperience on large-scale solar projects, ideally 30MW+Renewable energy or electrical infrastructure experienceSMSTS, SSSTS, IOSH or similar HandS qualificationExperience managing subcontractors and site ..... full job details .....
