      <description>Location: Kent | Salary: 40000.00-40000.00 Annual | Type: Permanent | Project Engineer (BMS)Location: Kent - site-based (with local office attendance as required)This role is responsible for managing Building Management System (BMS) projects from design through to commissioning and handover, keeping delivery safe, on programme, and commercially on track.Manage BMS projects end-to-end: design, procurement, install support, commissioning and handoverOwn project documentation: technical submittals, progress updates, commissioning reports and OandM manualsProduce control system deliverables (e.g., panel drawings, valve schedules, descriptions of operation, DDC strategy, graphics detail)Coordinate electricians and subcontractors to ensure safe, compliant installation and commissioningMaintain RAMS and promote strong site safety standards throughout the projectCarry out commissioning: wiring/plant checks, protective device verification/settings, functional testing, controller and graphics validationKeep accurate records in a cloud project/construction management platform (e.g., Procore) and flag any risks to programmeEssential:Minimum 1 year post-apprenticeship experience; strong communication, organisation, IT skills, and a quality-first approach.Desirabl...</description>
