The role will manage end-to-end project activity across a portfolio that includes HVAC, chilled water systems and compressor replacement/upgrade works. This is a hands on delivery role requiring strong stakeholder management, contractor control, and a focus on safe execution and high-quality handover. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of facilities/engineering projects from scope definition through to installation, commissioning and handover. Lead delivery of projects including (but not limited to) HVAC upgrades, chilled water works and compressed air/compressor replacement.
