Work alongside technicians and workshop staff to understand and document existing repair processes. Produce and maintain engineering packs for overhaul and maintenance activities. Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and new programme activities. Identify opportunities to improve workshop efficiency, quality and overall performance. Investigate technical issues and implement corrective actions where required. Develop training materials and supporting process documentation.
