They are committed to providing practical, cost-effective engineering solutions and have a multi-disciplined international team of skilled engineers and designers complemented by associates with diverse specialist skills and experience. We are looking for a Project Engineer with a can-do attitude to join their team. We welcome applications from all suitably qualified candidates and particularly encourage applications from ex-military personnel. Key Responsibilities: Examining the engineering requirements of designs and comparing these with the commercial and site constraints. Managing suppliers and service providers and keeping track of project programme. Maintaining cost control for projects and their individual elements. Assisting in the supervision of pipe testing and inspection of civil engineering structures. Liaison between designers, site staff/contractors and the management team. Know the sequence of jobs (in the office) and pre-empt the need for information/client input. Work as part of a team to suggest improvements which will benefit our clients. Work schedule: Regular travel and overnight stays to remote sites. Weekend work may be required occasionally. Paid overtime. Typical work cycle 5.5 / 7, or 11 / 14.
