The role is responsible for managing technical projects from initial assessment through to completion, ensuring compliance with statutory fire safety, building regulations, and Health & Safety requirements. You will provide technical engineering expertise, develop specifications and drawings, manage contractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
