Project Engineer - Electrical and ControlsNottinghamPermanentCirca £60,000Role and ResponsibilitiesAs a Project Engineer with extensive experience within electrical design utilising SCADA and PLC Systems, you will be responsible for delivering engineering solutions from cradle to grave projects across various industries In this client facing role you will be at the centre of everything from initial client contact to scope out the projects through design, production, test and commission and delivery, this Project Engineers role is an exciting opportunity for someone to join a business at an exciting time as they grow with an ever expanding client baseAs a Project Engineer your responsibilities will include: Understanding the clients requirements and presenting a tailored solutionProduce and design the proposed solutions including Communications Networks, PLC and SCADA systems and HardwareCreate flow charts, process diagrams and state diagrams to describe the proposed solutionEnsure all works and documentations are inline and scope of the project with particular focus on compliance to industry and safety standardsSource and negotiate on hardware to ensure best price within budget modelsEnsure all hardware being produce internally or externally is correct and fit for purpose for the lifespan of the end projectCreate and modify PLC, HMI and SCADA softwareCreate test arrangements within the workshop as well as Factory Test SpecificationArrange and co-ordinate site installation ..... full job details .....
