Reporting to the CAPEX Leader, you will take ownership of capital projects across mechanical systems, utilities, and building infrastructure. This is a hands-on role involving full project lifecycle responsibility, from concept through to commissioning.Key ResponsibilitiesContribute to long-term capital project planning, including project selection and prioritisationCollaborate with internal stakeholders to develop practical and cost-effective engineering solutionsPrepare preliminary cost estimates ( 30%) based on early-stage designsLead the Management of Change (MOC) process for project proposalsSupport vendor selection, including technical evaluation and contractor engagementDevelop and manage detailed project budgets ( 10% accuracy)Oversee end-to-end ..... full job details .....
