This is a pivotal role within a small but high-performing engineering team, offering the chance to own and deliver impactful capital investment projects from concept to completion.The successful candidate will play a central part in managing technical specifications, coordinating multi-disciplinary stakeholders, and ensuring project delivery meets both operational and strategic goals.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all five phases of project management - from feasibility and planning, through execution, monitoring, and final sign-off (FAT/SAT).Deliver capital investment projects on time, on budget, and in line with business objectives.Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers (including international OEMs) to specify, source, and implement new manufacturing equipment.Own the installation and commissioning process, ensuring all services, utilities, and support infrastructure are prepared in advance.Manage snagging, aftercare, and documentation to ensure full project closure and knowledge transfer.Maintain regular communication with key stakeholders, providing weekly updates and formal monthly reporting.Coordinate contractors, ensure ..... full job details .....
