Project Engineer

We are supporting a leading, specialist Engineering firm in their search for an additional Project Engineer. Their-engineering know-how and advanced manufacturing capabilities allow them-to meet the ever-changing demands of the sectors they-supply.

As the primary point of contact between the Engineering Department, Project Operations, and the customer, your responsibilities will include managing various jobs, contracts, projects, and change initiatives. You will play a crucial role in ensuring manufacturing control, meeting project milestones, adhering to design specifications, and maintaining strict health and safety compliance.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in a highly regulated manufacturing environment-
• Knowledge and experience in complex manufacturing techniques.
• Proficiency in project management philosophies such as APM or PRINCE2
• Excellent computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Project and-CAD software
• Experience in developing and writing standard operating procedures

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Relevant educational background in Engineering or a related field.
• Previous experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to understand drawings and manufacturing standards.
• Problem-solving abilities with a self-motivated and team-oriented approach.
