Project Engineer

We’re looking for a Project Engineer to join our growing EXSolutions team and help shape the future of our specialist offerings. EXSolutions, a division of Pyroban Ltd, supports OEM and end-user businesses on their journey to DSEAR, ATEX, UKEX and/or IECEx compliance

This Project Engineer is a critical role that blends technical coordination, project management, and strategic development. You’ll work across departments and with external partners to deliver high-impact projects from concept to completion.

Ideally you will be located within a sensible travelling distance of Shoreham, but we can consider this position being predominantly remote, visiting the office approx. 5 days per month, this could be concurrent days if you live further away.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinating technical aspects of EXSolutions projects from enquiry to delivery
• Preparing and managing quotations, tenders, and project plans
• Overseeing internal and third-party resources to ensure timely, on-budget execution
• Supporting business development and marketing activities, including trade shows
• Maintaining CRM records and triggering invoicing at key milestones
• Contributing to the evolution of our processes and future product strategies

What You’ll Bring

• A qualification in engineering, physics, or a related technical field
• Ideally experience with ATEX and explosion protection standards
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Familiarity with rotating machinery, CE compliance, and industrial design
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and willingness to travel when needed

Site visits, hosting training events and trade show attendance, including international will be required.
