Blueprint Recruitment are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our client, a highly respected contractor delivering essential infrastructure projects across the water sector. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to oversee multi-disciplinary design and construction projects, ensuring high-quality delivery within time and budget constraints.
Based at one of our client''s London office, with hybrid working available, this position is ideal for a motivated professional with a strong background in water and wastewater treatment projects. You''ll play a key role in managing the design, construction, and commissioning of critical infrastructure while maintaining exceptional safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the successful delivery of water and wastewater projects from initial concept to completion.
- Maintain strong client relationships and uphold the company''s reputation with key stakeholders.
- Oversee the planning and execution of projects, ensuring all phases meet time, cost, and quality objectives.
- Promote exceptional health, safety, and quality standards across all direct and subcontracted teams.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and commercial aspects to ensure financial success.
- Ensure compliance with CDM regulations and construction health & safety best practices.
- Identify and manage project risks and opportunities to enhance overall efficiency.
Support continuous improvement and innovation across the delivery team.
Requirements:
- Project management experience in multi-disciplinary design and construction, ideally in the water industry.
- Degree or equivalent qualification in construction, engineering, or a related field.
- Project Management Qualification (PMQ) or equivalent accreditation.
Strong knowledge of construction contracts (NEC and/or IChemE). - Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships and stakeholder engagement.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate multi-disciplinary teams to deliver results.
- Understanding of CDM regulations and health & safety standards in construction.
- Risk & opportunity management experience.
Desirable: Chartered status with a relevant engineering, commercial, or construction institution, NEC Project Manager Accreditation, and experience in water and wastewater treatment plants.
