      <description>Location: Grangemouth | Salary: &amp;pound;50.00 - &amp;pound;57.00/hour | Type: Temporary | Booth Welsh require a project engineer with experience in management of Change   Ideally someone with a Process or instrumentation background  12 months work at least  Outside IR35 and good rates based in Grangemouth       Review the current MOC proposed breakdown from Define and update for Execute.   This will include some changes using phased Authorisation and a review of pressure envelopes.   Discussions will be required with the MOC Co-ordinator, Operations and Asset Engineers to confirm Execute breakdown.  Create Technical Appraisals and frame supporting documents.  Facilitate initial risk assessments.  Upload all relevant information to MOC admin.  Capture all resulting actions and close.    &lt;/p</description>
