- Booth Welsh require a project engineer with experience in management of Change
- Ideally someone with a Process or instrumentation background
- 12 months work at least
- Outside IR35 and good rates based in Grangemouth
- Review the current MOC proposed breakdown from Define and update for Execute.
- This will include some changes using phased Authorisation and a review of pressure envelopes.
- Discussions will be required with the MOC Co-ordinator, Operations and Asset Engineers to confirm Execute breakdown.
- Create Technical Appraisals and frame supporting documents.
- Facilitate initial risk assessments.
- Upload all relevant information to MOC admin.
- Capture all resulting actions and close.
