Project Engineer

Urgent Hiring: Freelance Project Engineer (RC Frame and Groundworks) London BIR is currently recruiting an experienced Freelance Project Engineer with strong project management experience to oversee an RC Frame and Groundworks project based in London. This is an urgent requirement, and the successful candidate may be able to start immediately. The Role As Project Engineer, you will be responsible for: Managing the project in line with the construction programme Overseeing and managing all setting-out works Ensuring quality assurance standards are maintained Managing labour, plant, and materials efficiently Managing Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) compliance on site and promoting a strong safety culture Monitoring project progress and providing regular updates to the Quantity Surveyor and senior management team Supporting the successful delivery of projects within budget and programme targets Requirements To be considered for this position, you must have: Minimum 5 6 years'' experience working on RC Frame and Groundworks projects Proven ability to manage projects valued between £1 million and £3 million Valid CSCS and SMSTS certification Strong experience managing site labour and subcontractors Ability to use Leica TS16 surveying equipment Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills What We Offer Competitive freelance rate Immediate start available Opportunity to work on exciting London-based projects Potential for ongoing work with future ..... full job details .....
