The Role: Working for a market leading mechanical engineering fabrication and light structural steel manufacturing company that supply into UK and European construction, civil engineering and industrial sectors, as a Mechanical Project Engineer you will play a vital role producing designs, estimates, quotations and CAD drawings for large and small bespoke mechanical projects. Based from the UK Technical HQ in the Eastbourne / East Sussex region, you will work on a variety of projects which are bespoke to customer requirements. With this in mind, you will employ your mechanical engineering awareness and experience, to produce projects which are fit for spec. Supporting Project Managers, manufacturing teams and other technical engineering staff, you will be a integral part of the engineering and technical department.
