Project Engineer

Astute''s Power team is partnering with a leading Waste Management Company to recruit a Project Engineer on a 9-month contract for its South Wales location.

The Project Engineer comes with a rate of between -350 and -375 per day.

Key skills

• Take engineering deliverables from FEED and design through to construction and site implementation.
• Work closely with subcontractors to coordinate engineering activities and resolve technical issues.
• Support construction phase planning, ensuring activities are effectively coordinated and delivered to programme.
• Monitor engineering progress and ensure contractual obligations and project deliverables are completed.
• Provide technical input across electrical and mechanical engineering activities.
• Review engineering designs, documentation and technical deliverables to support construction readiness.
• Coordinate with the wider project team to ensure safe, compliant and efficient project delivery.
