Project Director - Self StorageLocation: West LondonSalary: 70,000- 80,000Contract: Fixed Term ContractSector: Self Storage - Self Storage experience is essentialWe are recruiting for an experienced Head of Operations/Project Director to lead the operational set-up and launch of a brand-new self-storage facility in West London.This is a senior, hands-on role with full responsibility for taking the business from its current development phase through to opening and early-stage operation.The successful candidate will ideally have direct experience within the self-storage sector and demonstrable involvement in opening or launching new facilities.The RoleYou will take ownership of the operational set-up of the facility, working closely with the CEO, development team, contractors and key stakeholders to ensure the site is fully operational and customer-ready for launch.Key responsibilities will include:Leading the full pre-opening and operational set-up programmeDeveloping the operational model, processes and proceduresCreating and managing the project plan, milestones and key dependenciesImplementing self-storage management systems and operational technologySupporting the set-up of access control, CCTV, alarms and security processesEstablishing the full customer journey from enquiry through to move-in and move-outRecruiting, onboarding and training the opening teamDeveloping staffing structures, job descriptions and training programmesEstablishing sales processes, pricing, ..... full job details .....
